Food for Medicine

 

To achieve long lasting clarity of mind, regain energy and pleasure, you need to be able to work out the exact foods and lifestyle choices that work for your body.

This can change with time, life circumstance and age, you need a method that allows you test your food tolerances and adjust.  It needs to be sustainable, simple, easy to implement and doesn’t affect your social life for long period of time.

The WHAV method will help you understand how food plays a key roll in brain fog, inflammation, microbiome, hormones and sleep: hence how you feel, your ability to navigate yourself as well as life, have energy and stress less.

Functional Movement 

 

The second thing you need is a plan for exercise and movement that fits into your lifestyle, supports the changes your body is going through, and does not cause you any physical or emotional stress. 

You will regain flexibly, nervous system stability will developing more strength, all the while being support with any pain or injury you may have. 

If you exercise often but you feel tired, your core feels weak and co-ordination and flexibility is decreasing you are not doing the right type of exercise for where you are at in your life, functional training is a method that helps you age well. 

Self, Life then Others

 

The third thing you need is a long term strategy for working with self; hormones as they change in your cycle; a deeper understanding of your anatomy and vagina microbiome  to allow more pleasure and ease into you life.  

Understanding the science of brain - gut - vagina axis and how it interplays with nutrition, fitness and our emotional world are key to our mindset and self care.  

Learning how to plan will set you up for long term success to feel physically, mentally and emotional to be back in your power as a women.
